Leaders in our congregation are devoted to helping the congregation be a community transformed by Christ to be Christ in the world.
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church has 7 committees which work together to do the mission of the congregation: Worship, Christian Nurture, Congregational Life, Mission Action, Ministry and Personnel, Property, and Finance. Most committees meet once a month. If you are interested in getting involved in one of these ministries, contact the church office.
The church council’s duty to provide long-range leadership for OSLC. The council also aids committees in doing their work and provides general management for the congregation. The council meets on the third Thursday of each month.
The staff of Our Savior’s keep day to day operations of the church going, provide organizational leadership, lead worship, and keep our building sparkling clean. In the front office you will find our parish secretary, Donna Hoag, and our financial secretary, Cindy Eggert. Working in the choir balcony you will find our choir director, Patti Stoddard. At the organ, working with musicians, or directing the bell choir is our director of music ministry, Nadine Berg. Roaming around the building you might find our two maintenance men: Eric Fillman and Ossie Schock.
Pastor Kevin Olson is our Senior Pastor.
While we have many defined leaders, staff, and pastors, they are not the ministers of the congregation. Rather, their role is to encourage and empower the congregation in its ministry.
